Hello, I'm Silke
Ayurvedic practitioner, nutritionist, aspiring Ayurvedic chef, and fitness enthusiast. I help you regain your balance in everyday life – without dogma, but with heart, humor, and practical experience from two worlds.
My goal: to support people of all ages in being healthy and fit. Not just today, but also tomorrow and the day after. Because for me, true health means thinking preventively, staying active, and understanding the body as a whole.
My goal is for you to understand yourself and your body better again. Not through rigid rules, but with Ayurveda – practical, honest, and beneficial. Combined with exercise that suits you and a diet that truly nourishes you.

My passion lies in nutritional counseling . Here, I combine Ayurvedic knowledge with practical, everyday solutions. No complicated plans, but genuine support – individually tailored to you.
Coming soon: Cooking classes! I love to cook – every day, with fresh ingredients and lots of heart. I'd love to share this joy with you in my classes. Together we'll discover how easy healthy eating can be – and how delicious it tastes.
How I work
I help people who have lost their natural balance to regain energy and well-being – through personalized Ayurvedic consultations, nutritional advice, and soothing massages. My goal is for you to feel at home in your body again and to master your everyday life with ease.
Every person is unique. That's why I don't offer standard solutions. Together, we'll look at your current health, your constitution, and your life situation. Based on this, we'll develop recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise that truly suit you – practical and without a rigid plan.
I am particularly passionate about one-on-one coaching – real change takes time and the right support. In my practice, you can expect a relaxed atmosphere where you can be completely yourself.

My path to Ayurveda
Ayurveda has been a part of my life for twenty years. Back then, I was looking for more balance – my digestion, energy, and mood were all out of whack. The usual tips? They only confused me.
Then I encountered Ayurveda – first through massages. Suddenly, many things made sense. Not because Ayurveda is magical, but because it truly works. Curiosity turned into passion, and passion into my profession.
Movement, massage, and body awareness have long been my path to health. Today, I combine this experience with Ayurveda – for a holistic approach that addresses both body and soul. My focus is on healthy aging: vitality and joy of life at every age.

What defines me? A holistic view of the body – developed from over ten years of spa and movement practice and deepened through Ayurveda. Nutrition AND exercise – for me, these are not opposites, but rather a synergy for genuine, sustainable health.
And otherwise?
In my kitchen: Spices are essential! Cumin saves the day, cardamom enhances my hot water. I cook fresh meals daily – simple, sometimes experimental, always with love.
My Ayurveda gurus: My two cats remind me daily how important breaks, play, and enjoyment are. From them, I learn the art of making myself comfortable.
Movement as a ritual: Early morning at the gym, evening Yin Yoga. This balance between strength and stillness is my secret.
My soul places: The desert – endless expanse, pure meditation. And autumn with its golden colors – simply perfect.
