Ayurveda Kickstart is your personal introductory session to Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle. In a 90-minute initial consultation, we'll discuss your eating habits, daily routine, goals, and challenges. I'll analyze your current constitution – your Vikriti – your current state, including any potential imbalances.

You'll receive a clearly structured, written guide, individually tailored to you — with recommendations on foods, preparation, and specific routines that can be easily integrated into your daily life. You'll learn to better read your body's signals and achieve lasting well-being through small, consistent changes.

What you can expect:

• 90-minute initial consultation – we'll talk about your eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and current challenges.
• Analysis of your current constitution (Vikriti) – you will learn about your constitution type and understand how it influences your physical and emotional balance.
• Individual written guide – with nutritional recommendations and preparation methods tailored to your type.
