Mugwort, an ancient protective herb, dispels negative energies and thoughts with its spicy smoke. The "mother of all herbs" has been revered and used for millennia as one of the most powerful herbs. Interesting fact: In Harry Potter, mugwort is mixed into the "Draught of Living Death."

Elderberry, with its aromatic, slightly sweet scent, makes us feel calm and confident. It creates a positive atmosphere full of trust. Elderberry was once so highly valued that people even tipped their hats to it. The shrub was considered a home remedy, and for a long time, it was a punishable offense to cut it down.

Mallow has a protective and calming effect in both naturopathy and as an incense herb. The delicate purple blossoms soothe our mind, help us focus, and promote balance.

APPLICATION

Light the incense bundle at the tip, let it burn briefly, and then blow out the flame. Embers will now have formed. Keep the embers burning by gently blowing on them or waving them.
To extinguish, let the incense bundle burn out on a fireproof dish or stick it in sand. Then ventilate the room well.

Note: High temperatures are generated during incense burning. Never leave a glowing incense bundle unattended and use a fireproof surface. The smoke can irritate the respiratory system and eyes. Pay particular attention to small children and animals.
