From 'What should I eat?' to 'I finally understand my body'
I'm Silke
I help you adjust your nutrition in a way that strengthens your body — every single day.
Ayurveda has accompanied me for more than twenty years, through different phases of my life — not only professionally, but in my everyday routines, in my kitchen, and in how I understand health. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a wellness trend. It’s a meaningful body of knowledge about how we can live in a healthy, balanced way. Over time, it has become a natural part of my life.
On my own path, I experienced how deeply nutrition shapes our well‑being. Today, I support people with empathy and practical, everyday solutions — helping them adjust their nutrition and habits so they can strengthen their health. And no, it doesn’t require Indian dishes: Ayurveda is based on principles rooted in natural laws — principles that are just as relevant today as they were thousands of years ago.
What I want to offer you: ways that truly fit you. Nutrition that nourishes. Routines that support you. And an understanding of your body that carries you in the long run. Because healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated — small steps can change so much.
My Story — and Why I Work With Ayurveda Today
Ayurveda didn’t enter my life as a big revelation — it came step by step. First through Ayurvedic massages, later through nutrition and cooking. Everything I learned, I tried on myself — and slowly integrated into my everyday life. Friends and family, of course, joined in along the way ;-)
I quickly noticed: even small changes in preparation, food choices, or meal timing make a real difference. And I felt it — more regular digestion, deeper sleep, an overall sense of well‑being. Not through big transformations, but through the right things at the right time.
I grew up in a health‑conscious family — fresh meals every day, lots of vegetables, organic products. And still, as a child I constantly had stomach aches, and as a teenager I struggled with eczema. Through Ayurveda, I finally understood why: raw foods may be nutrient‑dense, but in larger amounts they’re too heavy for my digestion. Fruit and yogurt sound healthy, but my body could hardly process them.
Maybe you know this feeling: you eat “healthy” — and still don’t feel well.
This is where Ayurveda is so powerful for me. It doesn’t work with rigid lists. It always asks: How are you right now? What do you need? What has shifted out of balance? And then it brings things back into harmony — through nutrition and routines.
What supports us as children is different from what we need as adults. Everything changes, just like nature. That’s what makes Ayurveda so logical to me — and I still have these moments: Ah. This makes sense. And the best part: Ayurveda is never dogmatic. It’s always individual.
What I Stand For
Health should be understandable — not complicated. I know firsthand how frustrating it is when you do everything “right” and your body still doesn’t cooperate. That’s why I believe in small, realistic steps rather than perfect plans.
For me, Ayurveda isn’t about tradition for tradition’s sake. It’s a system that helps us understand our bodies more deeply. What supports me? What throws me off balance? And how do I find my way back?
My approach is warm, honest, and non‑dogmatic. With solutions that fit into your life — not the other way around.
