APPLICATION

In the morning, after waking up and before breakfast, scrape your tongue a few times from back to front with the tongue scraper. Apply only as much pressure as is comfortable for you.

• Hold the tongue scraper at both ends, place it at the back of the tongue and pull it towards the tip of the tongue.

Repeat the process several times, making sure to scrape the entire surface of the tongue. You can rinse the tongue scraper with water in between.
