After our session, you receive a clearly structured written guide — tailored to your constitution, your daily life, and your goals. It includes type‑specific nutrition recommendations, suitable preparation methods, strengthening foods, and routines that integrate easily into your everyday life.

This guide serves as your orientation: a practical reference that shows you which foods, spices, and preparation styles support you. Many clients print it out or place selected pages somewhere visible — as a gentle reminder of what feels good for them. The guide helps you understand your body’s signals and develop more wellbeing step by step.
