Ayurvedic Guidance – 6 to 8 Weeks for Lasting Change

This guidance is designed for people who not only want to understand their nutrition and daily routines, but also transform them step by step. Ayurveda unfolds its deepest impact when recommendations are not given just once, but reflected upon, adjusted, and integrated into everyday life. This multi‑week programme offers exactly that: a reliable framework that provides clarity, orientation, and support — without pressure and with plenty of mindfulness.

At the centre is a 90‑minute initial nutrition session, where we explore your current constitution (Vikriti), your eating habits, and the topics that are present for you right now. Afterwards, you receive an extended Ayurveda guide — more comprehensive than the guide from the initial consultation. It includes personalised recommendations and detailed food overviews showing which vegetables, spices, fats, grains, and legumes support you in this phase. The guide also contains three to five simple Ayurvedic recipes you can try out immediately.

After about two to three weeks, we meet for a 60‑minute follow‑up session. Here, we look at what has already shifted, where uncertainties remain, and which adjustments are helpful. We refine your recommendations, deepen specific topics, and expand your guide with additional notes if your state has changed.

Two weeks later, we meet for a closing session of 30–45 minutes. This conversation focuses on long‑term recommendations, priorities for the coming months, and clear guidance on how to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life. Many people experience more ease, improved digestion, increased energy, or a clearer sense of their body during this phase. The closing session helps you stabilise these changes and continue confidently on your path.

Throughout the entire programme, I’m available via email for questions or short check‑ins. You also receive a written weekly check‑in from me — a small impulse, reminder, or reflection to help you stay connected to your process. This form of support is intentionally calm: encouraging but not overwhelming, clear but never controlling.

The 6–8‑week timeframe offers enough space to feel real change without the process becoming too long. It’s especially suitable for people who want to adjust their nutrition according to their constitution, strengthen digestion, support hormonal balance, or complement medical treatment with holistic guidance.

The guide is a central element of this programme. It includes:

  • all recommendations from the initial consultation
  • a detailed overview of foods that support you
  • suitable preparation methods
  • guidance on spices, fats, grains, and legumes
  • three to five simple recipes for everyday life
  • additions after the follow‑up, tailored to your development

It serves as a practical reference you can return to again and again. Many clients print it out or place selected pages somewhere visible — as a gentle reminder of what supports them.
